This is a Ruby Falls Barn. It is located along I-40 near Kingston, Tennessee on Buttermilk Road in Roane County Tennessee U.S.A.
While not as prevalent as Rock City Barns at one time there were hundreds of Ruby Falls Barns scattered along the roadways of the southeastern United States. Sadly now there are only a handful of these barns left. Here is a link to a site with the remaining Ruby Falls Barns. I used this to find this one. I photographed it even thought the paint is badly faded. [link]
